The products are available in limited quantities in store. We cannot guarantee constant availability of the same product.  



Our prices are indicated in euros, VAT included. Our prices are those indicated on the labels on the product. However, if we detect an error in the price, after a purchase, we undertake to notify the customer as soon as possible. If the latter does not give us an answer within 8 days, the sale will be confirmed at the price indicated. Under no circumstances will we be required to partially or fully reimburse a product at an incorrect lower price, even if the sale has been made beforehand, if the error is obvious.


We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact and cash.



You can bring non-new clothes. A 15% voucher will be offered to you per garment bag. This voucher is valid on your total basket and cannot be combined.  



The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within fourteen days (European Directive 2011/83 / EU of Consumer Protection). The withdrawal period therefore expires fourteen days from the day of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the Contract by means of a declaration made by telephone, letter sent by post, fax or email or directly in store.  


In the event of withdrawal, Singulières offers a voucher valid for the entire store for the amount of payments received from the customer. It should be noted that the amount may be revised downwards depending on any additional costs incurred for transport. The product must be returned in its original condition that is to say new, unworn, unwashed, not ironed, undamaged, odorless, or any conditions that would prevent it from being sold as new, with the label in its original condition (not attached by the customer, we therefore advise him not to cut it until the customer is sure to keep the item) and accompanied if possible by the confirmation of sale ( e-mail, sms or paper stub). If the aforementioned conditions are not respected, and if the product (s) are damaged or not identical to the conditions in which they were at the time of delivery, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.  


Items purchased during promotional actions (except for 15% cards linked to the second hand) or sales will not be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to defer reimbursement until receipt of the product (s) or until the customer has provided us with proof of shipment of the product (s), the date selected being that of receipt of the product (s). or products. The customer must send us back (at his expense) or return the product (s) no later than fourteen days after having communicated his decision to withdraw to us.



Singulières SRL undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers and to ensure the best level of protection. Singulières SRL undertakes not to retain the e-mail address or telephone number when making reservations or sending invoices and certificates. If the customer has consented to the processing of personal data, he can withdraw his consent at any time.


Singulières SRL will not be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in performance of any of our obligations when this non-performance is due to a case of force majeure, in particular (among others) in the event of fire, hail , natural disaster, strikes, general lack of supply, acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or state or governmental restrictions, incidents or accidents in maritime or river transport, postal transport or any other type of transport. In the event of force majeure, our contractual obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure and our execution deadlines will, if necessary, be extended by a period equivalent to that of the duration of the case of force majeure. If this situation results in a definitive impossibility of fulfilling our contractual obligations, we will be released from them.
